Every order is carefully packed and dispatched using the delivery service best suited to the size, weight and nature of your purchase.
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery throughout the UK.
For standard orders, delivery is calculated at checkout according to the combined weight of your order, including the appropriate packaging.

Up to 0.75 kg£4.95
0.75–2 kg£6.95
2–5 kg£8.95
5–15 kg£14.95
Over 15 kg£29.95
For orders containing more than one item, the combined order weight determines the delivery charge. This means that adding several smaller items may move your order into a higher delivery band.
Delivery services
Smaller parcels are generally sent via Royal Mail, while larger or heavier parcels may be sent via Parcelforce or another suitable courier.
The delivery service will be selected according to the size, weight and destination of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, where available, tracking information.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after they are received.
Estimated delivery times will depend on the item and delivery service used. If an item requires additional preparation time or specialist delivery, this will be made clear before or shortly after ordering.
For larger, bulky or one-off pieces, delivery arrangements may be made separately.
Furniture & Larger Items
Furniture and particularly large or bulky pieces may require a specialist courier or an individually arranged delivery.
At present, furniture delivery is available to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or other locations where additional courier charges apply may require a separate delivery quotation.

Local Collection
Local collection in Aberdeenshire may be available by prior arrangement.
If you'd prefer to collect your order, please contact me before placing your order so that we can confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time.
For privacy and security, the collection address will be provided directly to you once collection has been agreed.
Furniture and larger pieces may be particularly suitable for local collection. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transport and any assistance needed to safely collect larger items.
International Delivery
International shipping is not currently available through the website.
If you're outside the UK and would like to enquire about delivery for a particular item, please get in touch and I'll let you know whether this may be possible.
